Louis founded AI and data consultant Datatonic and scaled the firm to over 400 FTE with offices in 5 countries over the course of a decade.  Known for his sharp product sense and pragmatic use of AI, Louis built deep relationships across the technology ecosystem, from Google Cloud to Europe's most data-savvy scaleups. Louis combines a founder’s mindset with deep technical & operational expertise on how to accelerate growth and embed technology at the core.  He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Ghent.

After a career with Clifford Chance, Rothschild and BCG in London, Fred launched Capital Connection to bring the strategic and deal-making edge of global AAA companies & funds to ambitious high-growth companies.  Fred has advised on numerous transactions across technology, consumer and data-driven sectors. He holds degrees in law and business from KU Leuven, and an MBA from INSEAD, where he currently serves as president of the Belgian alumni network.
